TVGla is seeking a Designer to join our creative team. This person will work closely with creative leads and copywriters to execute digital ad creative that helps drive subscriber growth for a professional sports streaming video platform and app.


You’ll be:

· Designing and concepting ads to be used in the digital space; including social, banner ads, and email

· Working within a team with the goal of increasing subscriber growth, engagement, awareness and app downloads for our client

· Collaborating with copywriters to ensure the strategy and message is getting across in every piece of creative


Requirements:

· Online Portfolio demonstrating strong design ability specifically in the digital advertising space

· 2-4 years professional experience with design for digital advertising; including paid social, banners and email

· Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and a working knowledge of Illustrator and Figma

· Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and their uses in marketing and advertising

· Experience delivering against specs for various online platforms and publications

· Ability to adjust creative based on feedback as well as analytical data to improve results over time

· Strong sense of autonomy, ability to ask questions and ‘own’ your deliverables

· Understanding of how to set up files so they are easy to edit and allow you to deliver a high-volume of assets quickly while maintaining quality

· Excellent communication skills


Bonus Points:

· Knowledge and/or experience using a template-driven dynamic asset management platform

· Video editing and motion ability is a big plus (using Premiere and After Effects)

· Being a sports fan is a plus
