**Responsibilities**

* Ensures offices, resident/guest homes, communities, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition.

* Performs general cleaning and maintenance duties which includes: vacuuming, dusting, item washing, trash collecting and proper sorting.

* Follows infection control standards and requirements.

* Builds positive relationships with residents and families.

* Responds promptly to resident questions and requests.

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.

* Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.

* Requires 0-1 year of general work experience.

**Hours**

* 7am-3:30pm
