If youre someone who loves building, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the job for you**What Youll Do:*** Assemble products like a pro inside of stores (dont worry, well train you).* Troubleshoot assembly challenges and deliver high-quality work that meets safety standards.* Utilize hand tools to assemble products.* Interact with customers and coworkers, sharing your passion for precision and problem-solving.* Work independently or with a team to meet daily assembly goals.* Maintain tools, parts, and workspaces like the master of efficiency you are.**What You Bring to the Table:*** Youve got experience with tools and enjoy fixing, building, or tinkering.* You can follow instructions and nail the small stuff.* Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.* Requires repetitive wrist, hand, and figure movement, and ability to use tools requiring high dexterity.* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Open to flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.* Ability to work in multiple locations if needed.* Reliable transportation.* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
