Location: 125-bed hospital, approximately 1.5 hours from Oklahoma City and 2.5 hours from Dallas

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Staff

Shifts Available: Day and Night Shifts

Certifications Required: ASCP or AMT certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience: Prefer 2-3 years of experience, comfortable with phlebotomy

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience and MLT/MT qualifications

Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control measures are met
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results
Participate in continuing education and training programs as required

Qualifications:

ASCP or AMT certification (or willingness to obtain)
2-3 years of experience preferred
Proficient in phlebotomy techniques
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
