Responsibilities Oversee mechanical construction projects from start to finish, on time and on budget. Manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts; spot issues early and keep things on track. Lead teams, including engineers, field staff, and subcontractors. Be the main point of contact for clients and partners—run meetings, give updates, and build strong relationships. Visit job sites regularly to review progress, ensure quality, and uphold safety and code standards. Skill Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred. 8+ years of mechanical contracting or construction project management experience, with a track record of managing commercial or industrial mechanical builds. Ability to lead projects of $5 million plus. Proficient in project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar). Strong communicator with leadership skills—capable of thinking strategically and acting tactually. Experience in construction project management software. Ability to travel as needed.
