Senior Product Manager — AI-Powered Finance Automation Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Join an early-stage B2B SaaS company on a mission to redefine how modern finance teams operate. The platform gives finance and RevOps teams the flexibility to scale revenue processes for even the most dynamic contracts and usage-based pricing models. They are trusted by some of the fastest-growing B2B startups and are expanding rapidly across Europe and North America. The Senior Product Manager will lead the evolution of their AI‑first finance automation suite — from intelligent contract processing to predictive revenue insights and automated billing. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role with clear leadership potential as the product organization scales. You’ll work closely with design and engineering to discover, shape, and ship AI‑native products that fundamentally change how finance teams work. What You’ll Do Define the roadmap for AI-powered automation across billing, contracts, and revenue operations. Partner with design, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to launch new features from concept to adoption. Conduct discovery with finance and RevOps teams to uncover workflow bottlenecks and automation opportunities. Build and maintain deep expertise in the CFO tech stack, from quote-to-cash to accounting systems. Drive high-quality execution, ensuring features deliver measurable value to enterprise customers. Mentor junior PMs and help shape product best practices as the team grows. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech (billing, payments, or accounting a plus). Proven track record taking 0→1 products from idea to launch in early or growth-stage startups. Strong product sense and ability to craft intuitive, high-quality user experiences. Experience with AI-powered products and data-driven decision-making. Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Passion for working closely with finance and RevOps teams to understand their world and design elegant solutions.
