This means that each pay period you work three 12-hour shifts one week, and four 12-hour shifts the following week*. Per California law, you will be eligible for Overtime Pay (1.5X Hourly Rate) for all time worked over 8 hours in one shift (24.5 hours of OT per two week pay period).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with company safety policy Operate manufacturing process equipment in PLA area, such as Cu plating, NiMn plating, Rh and Au plating benches, Plasma tool, and substrate cleaning, drying tool, and resist stripping benches Perform in-line quality assurance using metrology equipment after PLA process, such as Dage shear, Cyber and Hologenix Inspect production materials using microscope and document defects based on engineering specified PASS/FAIL criteria in Promis system with NCR report generated Transact production records using Promis system Communicate and escalate any issues with supervisor or process engineering teamEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED Minimum 5 years hands on work experience directly in Electro Plating Processes, including nickel, copper, gold, rhodium and others Hands on experience with chemicals handling Hands on experience in inspection for MEMS device using wafer inspection microscope Familiar with metrology tools, such as Cyber, Hologenix, Dage, Tencor, XRF and Z-scope Minimum 2 years technical degree Willing to work at B shift hours, 6PM to 6AM, Sunday - Tuesday and every other Saturday Good with verbal and written communication. Experience in Thin Film cleaning and etching processes is plus, including sputtering and wet etching.The pay range for this role in Baldwin Park, CA is between $27.90 and $36.59. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
