This trusted health system is actively interviewing for a Hospital Pharmacist to join the Inpatient Pharmacy Team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient drug distribution systems and providing clinical drug information to meet the needs of physicians, nurses, and patients.

This facility has earned state and national recognition for excellence in Perinatal Care, Rehabilitation, and is an Accredited Cancer Center. The Clinical Pharmacist will support inpatient operations for Acute Care patient populations like Intensive Care and Medical Surgical, while also providing pharmacy support for outpatient service lines. 

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Hospital Staff Pharmacist will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the optimal delivery of pharmaceutical services. This person will collaborate with other staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to maintain high standards of patient care.

The Pharmacy Department provides comprehensive services to all hospital departments, ensuring medication safety and supporting both inpatient and outpatient care. The environment is collaborative and patient-centered, with a strong focus on interdisciplinary teamwork. The Clinical Pharmacist will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of skilled physicians, nurses, and pharmacy techs in a supportive and professional atmosphere at this hospital. 

The Hospital Pharmacist will play a central role in managing drug distribution, both safely and efficiently, for all patient populations. Working with department leadership, you’ll support compliance and policy maintenance, as well as working with interdisciplinary teams to ensure medication safety and patient care evaluation.
