Action Group is currently seeking an experienced Recruiting Staffer for our team in Tulsa, Ok.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in Recruiting for a variety of positions from entry level manufacturing to Director level management and more.

Pay: $20/hr+ DOE plus quarterly bonuses based on revenue produced

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, M-F

Job Duties and Responsibilities of the Recruiting Staffer:

* Organizes and prioritizes reqs daily
* Contacts prospective talent to assess fit for positions
* Collaborates with team mates to ensure coverage for all open orders
* Requests and processes onboarding docs
* Schedules interviews and testing/orientation for hires
* Closes loop on placed candidates ensuring smooth transition into workplace
* Checks in with clients and candidates occasionally for feedback
* Maintains pipelines for upcoming and repeat reqs
* Assists with filling positions through other AGS branches as needed

Requirements of the Medical Insurance Billing position:

* High school diploma or equivalent, some college or equivalent experience
* 2+ years recruiting in an agency environment
* Onboarding knowledge and experience
* Excellent organization and follow-up skills
* Pass drug screening and background check.
