Position: Journeyman Plumber | ServiceWe are seeking a full-time plumber, with at least a Journeyman's license, to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing exceptional service to residential and commercial clients and be familiar with common repair and replacement service work. Experience in performing repairs on different piping systems, snaking and unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and installing fixtures like water heaters, is preferred. Additionally, this role will work with and develop lower-level apprentice plumbers.Scope of OpportunityDiagnose plumbing problems and perform repairsInstall, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixturesLocate and repair water line leaks and remove clogsInstalling and/or repair household appliance including but not limited to water heaters, toilets, sinks, dishwashers, ice machines, etc.Test plumbing and other fixtures to ensure proper functionFollow state laws and regulations and adhere to local plumbing and building codes Responsibilities and Duties:Perform routine service on residential and commercial propertiesWhere required, troubleshoot and problem solve for issues as they arise Lead and manage apprentice plumbers and helpersWork in an ever-changing environmentFrequently lift between 10-60 pounds Occasionally lift between 60-100 poundsRequires:Preferred: High school diploma or equivalentRequired: Journeyman Plumber License in the state of Texas Valid Driver's LicenseReliable transportation to workMust be willing to work overtime if neededRotating on-call duty Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pmBenefits: Medical insurance (Health/Dental/Vision)401kLife insurance Disability insuranceEmployee-ownership opportunitiesRelocation bonus
