We are looking to hire several Cleanroom Technicians to work for a leading optics manufacture. This opportunity is offering several schedules on the 1st shift. Must be able to work weekends if necessary. For immediate consideration, apply today.Responsibilities:Interact with multiple functions including Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Planning, Chemistry, and R&D.Contribute to manufacturing of LAL lenses with a focus on maintaining high quality standards and operational efficiency.Perform a variety of tasks in cleanroom settings, which may include:Gowning and Kanban inventory replenishment.Monitoring of cleanroom environments.Cleaning molds, lens holders, lens caps, and cases.Haptic cutting, polishing, cleaning, inspection, and sorting.Label production and application.Tyvek pouching of lenses.Silicone lens molding.Conducting lens testing using dimensional, optical, mechanical test benches, and OCT equipment.Haptic preparation and verification for molding.Deflashing and cleaning of lenses.Assist in executing validation protocols.Perform tests and record results under engineering guidance as per manufacturing requirements.Requirements:1 Year microscope use, handling, and assembly of microscopic parts.
