Role Description This full-time on-site role of Commercial Property Manager is based in Lincoln, NE. The role includes actively managing properties, handling tenant relations, facilitating lease administration, and conducting lease negotiations. Responsibilities include ensuring properties are well-maintained, coordinating with vendors and contractors, addressing tenant concerns or inquiries, and preparing financial and property management reports. Qualifications Experience in Lease Administration and understanding of Leases Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and strong knowledge of leasing processes Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to build strong tenant relationships Proven expertise in Property Management Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Proficiency in property management software and basic accounting principles Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
