As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join its team. Reporting to the Industrial Engineeringing Lead, this supervisory position is responsible for assuring and maintaining the integrity & functionality of the manufacturing operations and facilities according to the standards and regulations.
An overview of your responsibilities:
- Electrical distribution systems (low and medium tension).
- Pneumatic generation and distribution.
- Maintain and improve the facilities usage for operations continuity.
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of new equipment.
- Design and coordinate new requirements (electric, pneumatic and HVAC).
- Ensuring new facilities complies with the regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage infrastructure for new projects and for operations continuity.
- Develop maintenance routines and programs for equipment and building according to equipment and vendor recommendations.
- Prevent and fix failures of the main building services (electric, pneumatic and HVAC).
- Supervise the right usage and implementation of safety programs.
- Coordinate external contractor on site.
- Coordinate a development program for the team.
- Follow up team performance.
What you'll need, among other things
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Electric control strong experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
