A great UHY client is seeking a *Temporary Accounting Support *individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with reconciliations, rollforwards, and other month end close items.

The *Temporary Accounting Support *role is a hybrid position, with 2 days each week being onsite (training initially will be fully in person). This is a contract position lasting roughly 3-4 months.

*Temporary Accounting Support Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist with data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
* Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
* Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities.
* Help prepare financial reports and statements as needed.
* Maintain organized documentation and filing systems.
* Respond to inquiries from vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
* Manages leases (both finance and operating).
* Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.

*Temporary Accounting Support Qualifications:*
* Associate degree in Accounting or related field, Bachelors is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
