Who They Are Our client is a $3B global pipes and fittings manufacturer in stormwater management. They are currently looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to manage their distribution partners and oversee both their technical managers and codes and standards team.

What You'll Do

Lead channel sales by developing and implementing the commercial strategy

Engage, coach, manage, and lead direct reports

Develop effective working relationships with team peers and senior level contacts

Plan, lead, support, and advise all senior level negotiations in both retail/distribution/wholesalers

What You'll Need

Degree in business or technical discipline (or relevant professional experience)

Master's Degree in business or management preferred

Experience in channel sales management (through distribution and agency partners)

Network of relevant contacts in the North American market

CRM and project management proficiency
