We focus on hyperlocal, unique places, starting with attunement and promoting bold, inclusive, and resilient solutions through interdisciplinary collaboration.We are seeking a Project Director to oversee multiple projects, coordinate strategies, and enhance the quality of project deliverables. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable project delivery lead, a positive team player, capable of working independently and collaboratively.The candidate must possess:Strong organizational skillsHigh self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulnessExperience from concept to construction administrationAbility to collaborate effectively with internal and external teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to meet project goals and schedulesActive engagement in the design process and project completionExperience managing sub-consultant contracts and scope of work, and drafting proposalsMentoring skills to develop project teams, sharing technical knowledge and strategiesCapability to perform as a Project Designer on smaller projects if neededRequirements:8-10+ years of professional experienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institutionProficiency with REVIT, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignLicensed Architect preferredPosition Details:Seniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeIndustry: Architecture and PlanningThis job posting is active and not expired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
