CRM Marketing Associate, B2B Merchant

About the RoleAs we continue to scale our B2B marketing organization we are looking for a performance marketing manager to join the Merchant CRM (think: restaurants, retailers, and grocery stores you see when you open the Uber Eats app). Your goal will be to lead global lifecycle marketing programs that engage our most strategic audiences, increase operational efficiency, and drive incremental revenue growth. We are on a transformational journey, in a fast‑growing business and looking for a passionate, data‑driven, and innovative marketer to join us for the ride.What You'll DoDevelop and execute end‑to‑end Global CRM strategies to continually nurture, engage, and grow B2B customersCraft program‑level marketing strategy with compelling and creative tactics that stretch across the full lifecycle and marry user needs with expert engagement insightsCreate effective cross‑channel (email, in‑app, push notification, sms) marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and improve the customer experiencePartner with internal cross‑functional stakeholders (Product, PMM, Regional Marketing, Ops teams) and external agencies to ensure CRM communications are relevant, personalized, and on‑brandWork with development, data, and deployment teams to build and launch complex automated and ad‑hoc campaigns using internal and external toolsEstablish and report on KPIs for all campaigns. Continuously run CRM marketing experiments including baseline, creative, content, and frequency testing to improve key performance metricsAnalyze campaign performance and draw conclusions based on data, present takeaways and recommend next stepsBasic QualificationsMinimum of 3+ years proven experience in lifecycle marketing, customer communications, or customer engagement, ideally in a B2B environmentA bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExcellent stakeholder and project management skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift executionStrong measurement and analysis skillsExperience with A/B testing, messaging, and post‑campaign analysisPreferred QualificationsSkilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and driving simultaneous projects and activitiesA hard‑working, thorough, organized, and motivated self‑starter, constantly striving to improve skills and look for ways to contribute to the team; thrives on challenges and is not deterred by complicated situationsDesire to work in an ambiguous and fast‑paced environment, working collaboratively across multiple teams and functionsA fervent curiosity about technical solutions and how a tech stack can empower CRMBiased toward action, a great collaborator and master simplifier; never stops pushing toward clarity and deliveryNever hesitates to roll up sleeves and take on hands‑on tasks, perseveres when others fall awayTrue passion for Uber's mission and the company's hybrid technology/operations natureSalary and LocationsFor New York, NY‑based roles: base salary range USD$104,000‑115,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA‑based roles: base salary range USD$104,000‑115,500 per year. For all US locations, eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, may be offered equity award or other compensation, and various benefits.
