Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Complete Care at Severna Park is seeking a dynamic, experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 138‑bed skilled nursing facility. Position Overview The LNHA oversees all day‑to‑day operations of the facility, ensures regulatory compliance, drives quality outcomes, supports staff development, and maintains financial and operational excellence. This role requires a forward‑thinking leader who can balance clinical and operational priorities while promoting a positive culture for residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the facility Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction Oversee staff hiring, training, engagement, and retention efforts Manage budgets, financial performance, and census growth Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners Lead quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness Collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and corporate teams Qualifications Active Maryland LNHA license required Prior Nursing Home Administrator experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills Proven ability to manage teams and maintain regulatory compliance Knowledge of CMS regulations, skilled nursing operations, and reimbursement Commitment to resident‑centered care and service excellence Why Complete Care?
