  3. Manages own server bank. Responsible for own cash transactions, personal bank and closing out at the end of each shift.

The Barn at Power"'s hosts weddings, retirements, and other events buffet style; and Giffy"'s BBQ catering, well, if you haven"'t cooked on a 100-foot-long grill, you"'re just a hobbyist.
