As our company continues to grow, we are adding a Mechanical Superintendent to the team. In this role, the Mechanical Superintendent is to provide overall management and direction for the mechanical installation and service projects. The Mechanical Superintendent works closely with project executives, project managers, foremen and our subcontractors to build out the project needs, manage the project budget, and meet the client's expectations.

Requirements for this role include:
  • 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on Mechanical or Commercial installation projects. Master's License is a plus
  • Must be well versed in HVAC Systems, including VRF systems.
  • Strong understanding of MEP drawings and specifications.
  • Experience implementing and managing construction sites through the processes of RFIs, change orders, scheduling, phasing, punch lists, etc.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects.
  • Basic knowledge of methods, equipment and tools used in the HVAC service and installation trade.

This position is based at our HQ in Sterling, VA. This role will also require travel to work sites in the DMV area.
