Our client, Lawncare Product Industry is seeking a 1st shift Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the Entire Company supporting the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The ideal candidate will have a sense of price, organiation and urgency which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Janitor/Facility Cleaner

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: $17.34/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Clean the interior of building incluidng floors, carpet, windows & walls
  • Maintain outdoor grounds, mow lawn and trim bushes
  • Remove debris & snow from sidewalks
  • Empty Trash & recycling bins
  • Disinfect commonly used items such as desks, door handles, office equipment and phones
What's Needed?
  • Previous janitorial or facilitie maintenance experience
  • Ability to be self-motivated and stay on task
  • Strong attendance and punctuality
  • Enjoy cleaning and take pride in maintaining facility neat and orderly
  • Organized and self disciplined and ability to work independantly
