Incentives:

• $30/hr Base Rate
• Variable Shift Incentives
• W-2 Employee
• Minimum 1 shift in 90 days
• 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts available

Overview:

Are you seeking a flexible incentivized Licensed Practical Nurse position? Ability to pick up day shift OR night shift- whatever works best for you No weekend, holiday, or shift requirement.

Locations available include:

• Rogers
• Fort Smith
• Bella Vista ED
• Springdale ED
• Community Hospitals: Waldron, Paris, Ozark, Booneville, Berryville

Qualifications:

• Preferred Experience:
  • One year of recent bed-side LPN experience to work Med Surg.
  • For all other specialties (ED, Critical Care, Women & Children's, Behavioral Health, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bed-side LPN experience.
• Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Preferred Education: BSN
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association is required
• Licensure: Is responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current compact LPN license
