Research Nurse I/II, Clinical Research Services Apply for the Research Nurse I/II, Clinical Research Services position at Cincinnati Children’s Office of Academic Affairs and Career Development. Job Responsibilities Provide patient/participant care, recognizing and accessing clinical research systems to enhance the participant experience; anticipate needs and respond to subtle changes of participants and families; tailor caring practices to individual requirements and promote safety. Assess participants, clients, and families, prioritizing expected and unforeseen needs, and develop care plans that reflect the clinical relevance of study procedures. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards; monitor safety and departmental policies; facilitate informed consent and participant education. Guide others in research procedures, data collection, and analysis; ensure proper follow‑up, documentation, and adherence to regulatory and sponsor requirements. Lead process improvement initiatives, contribute to research conferences and meetings, and foster a positive work environment through mentorship and education. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related discipline. Valid clinical license; current Ohio RN license required.
