After training you will earn a base wage between $38,000 and $45,000 plus uncapped sales commissions, enabling a total earnings potential over $100,000. Take‑home vehicle to start and end your route. Responsibilities As a Commercial Outside Sales Representative you will operate autonomously, generate new B2B leads, and close sales to grow your commissions. You will represent OPC at trade events, create innovative pest‑management solutions, and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients. You Will Prospect B2B sales leads through commercial property and industrial site visits. Negotiate pricing that benefits both the customer and OPC’s profit base. Close deals within measurable timeframes. Exceed monthly quotas and continually seek higher sales goals. Collaborate with the OPC team, sharing resources and knowledge. Teamwork – Do it for you, me & OPC. Qualifications Minimum age 18. High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of B2B sales experience. Experience in home services sales preferred but not required. Must pass pre‑employment drug screen, criminal background check, and motor‑vehicle background check. Working Environment Obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment. Ability to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead, and inspect small spaces. Work independently in the field with route‑based assignments after training.
