MLR is looking for a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client’s healthcare team in New Mexico. In this role, you will be essential in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the well-being of our client’s patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in line with physician orders and established protocols.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies while closely monitoring patient responses.
Work with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or a Compact state license required.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within six weeks of hire required.
