Our client, a leading Medical Device Manufacturer, is seeking an Assembler 1 to join their team. As an Assembler 1, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Assembly Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Assembler 1Location: [Sandy, UTPay Range: $17/hr + $0.50 night shift differential What's the Job? Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. Set up, operate, perform maintenance on, and troubleshoot equipment. Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adhere to quality guidelines. Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. One year of manufacturing assembly experience. Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor. Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
