I have become lifelong friends with this team, and I can happily say I love my job and enjoy coming to work." -Arrow Team Member Position: Memory Care Support Partner Position Type: Full‑Time Location: Columbia, Missouri Sign on Bonus: $3,000 Starting Range: $18.00‑$22.00 per hour Shift Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11 pm‑7 am The Westbury – 550 Stone Valley Pkwy, Columbia, Missouri 65203 Responsibilities Advocate of Empathy: understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are; collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience to ensure success. Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms for breakfast, setting up libraries for events, and preparing residents’ rooms for their nighttime routine. Life Partner: partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from the moment they wake to the moment they go to sleep. Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and efficiently. Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods. What are we looking for? Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Have a positive and energetic attitude and love our residents. Possess basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information. Be active, as the role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. Have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and help after a fall. Must be criminally cleared.
