Your salary range is $57,500–$112,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including education, market, scope, specialized skill set, lines of business, and more. Base Pay Range $57,500.00/yr – $112,000.00/yr Seniority Level Not Applicable Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Business Development and Sales Industries Insurance How You'll Make an Impact Lead the renewal process to deliver high‑quality, timely solutions to clients. Secure existing business and expand sales of additional services and coverage lines. Develop and nurture relationships with buyers within client organizations and day‑to‑day client representatives. Guide team members in addressing clients’ risk‑management needs through consultative conversations. Mentor Client Service team members with continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and service‑level standards are met. Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher systems. Utilize Gallagher technology to improve productivity and quality. Skills for Success Resilient and adaptable mindset in the face of shifting priorities while building internal and external relationships. Eagerness to collaborate with all Gallagher teams and employees. About You Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience **or** high‑school diploma/GED with 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's license (P&C). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Account‑management experience within the P&C division. Behaviors Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable engaging others in consultative discussion. Effective at managing/balancing multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works independently in a self‑directed manner.
