Join to apply for the Oracle HCM Technical Analyst role at Soni Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr We’re seeking an Oracle HCM Technology Analyst to join our IT Operations team. This role supports and optimizes our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud platform and related HR technologies such as Ceridian Dayforce. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud, data integrations, and reporting — ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and continuous improvement across our HR tech landscape. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical resource for Oracle HCM Cloud, providing system administration, troubleshooting, and configuration support. Configure and maintain HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance, Onboarding) and manage security roles and workflows. Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM, Ceridian Dayforce, and other enterprise systems (APIs, SFTP, middleware). Create and manage reports and dashboards using Oracle BI, OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and Excel. Conduct testing (functional, integration, and UAT) for quarterly releases and new features. Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to identify system enhancements, automate processes, and improve user experience. Ensure data accuracy, maintain documentation, and support compliance and audit initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud or similar ERP/HCM platforms. Strong knowledge of HCM configuration, integrations, and system administration. SQL proficiency required; experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, or Power BI preferred. Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and system architecture. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Compensation $75,000 to $100,000 annually Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
