E4H Architecture is a 100% healthcare and health sciences firm dedicated to creating flexible, creative environments that enhance health and well-being.Currently, we are seeking a talented individual for the role of Principal to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the interview presentation, enhancing and growing relationships with clients, and supporting clients during public meetings. This leadership role will be responsible for project team motivation, recognition, and morale. The position will offer the candidate opportunities to grow within the firm and exposure to an innovative, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesRepresent E4H and maintain client relationshipsAct as primary liaison between E4H team and client/ownerServe as leader to project team and consultantsResponsible for project success and oversight of scope, schedule, and budgetProvide solutions for projects and team challengesDefine program requirements and establish project parameters based on client needsProvide long-term planning for clients and their future projectsCreate and develop overall project/design concepts; formulate project presentation strategies and client presentationsWork with all consultants throughout design phasesMaintain project budget and communicate updates with ownerManage client interaction and decision making related to projectsMentor, train, and guide project teamsRequirementsLicensed Architect preferredAt least 7 years of experienceKnowledge of local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and approval processesExperience in all phases of project management and design, including long-term planning and budget managementKnowledge of building materials, construction methods, costs, and code applicable to the design processKnowledge of current trends and areas of future growth within the industryExperience in public speakingAbility to successfully manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordinationEvaluate design alternatives based on site and code requirementsExperience in the marketing process, client interviews, and relationship buildingProven track record in creating and maintaining a client network and in leveraging that network into design opportunitiesProfessional verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualitiesAbility and willingness to travel as necessaryE4H Environments for Health Architecture is an equal opportunities employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
