Qualifications and Responsibilities Must be a Licensed Architect 15+ years of architectural experience in K-12 and/or Higher Education projects Strong network within the Puget Sound AEC industry with proven business development success Ability to lead the development and growth of a new office and establish a high‑performing team Responsible for project design, execution, and delivery with a focus on innovation and quality Recruit, mentor, and inspire a growing team of architectural professionals Collaborate with firm leadership to align local office strategy with national company goals Ensure excellent client engagement and responsiveness to build long‑term relationships Represent the firm in the Seattle-to‑Everett market and help shape the region’s educational environments Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits: This full‑time, permanent, direct‑hire position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance through Cigna with zero‑dollar premium HDHP options, HSA contributions, 3% 401(k) matching, annual performance bonuses (10–15%), paid licensure and registration, car and cell phone allowances, three weeks of PTO plus winter break, 6.5 sick days, and 9.5 holidays.
