Job Summary and Qualifications- Performs cleaning functions in various areas of the facility
- Maintains assigned patient and non-patient areas in clean and sanitary condition by performing specialized cleaning tasks which involve operating heavy duty equipment and using special cleaning equipment
- Includes refinishing hard surface floors, advanced carpet cleaning techniques and jobs involving continuously heavy lifting
- Works with minimal supervision
- When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- Show good judgement skills and reliability
- Experience: 1-3 years of housekeeping experience in a hospital setting preferred
