Compensation: $14/hour + tips

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food Runners, Bussers, and Barbacks. If you have a passion for providing excellent service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Runner:
    • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately.
    • Ensure that food presentation meets restaurant standards.
    • Assist with any guest needs or requests promptly.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
  • Busser:
    • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
    • Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service.
    • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and restrooms.
    • Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.
  • Barback:
    • Support bartenders by stocking bars with liquor, ice, glassware, and supplies.
    • Keep bar area clean and organized.
    • Assist with drink preparation and delivery during busy periods.
    • Handle glassware and bar equipment properly to avoid breakage.

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Must have TB Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extensive walking and standing.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Bending, kneeling, and maintaining high energy levels throughout shifts.
