Keeping in regular communication with your Job Site Supervisor. This includes, but not limited to; know what jobs are next, what to do on days of inclement weather, etc. Maintaining all equipment. Dealing with or handling all reasonable requests from the customer. Take care of all reasonable requests from your supervisor. Attend all training sessions or company meetings as required. Make sure you and the Team you are working with follow safe working practices. Do good quality work and provide excellent service to all customers. Handle additional responsibilities as discussed. Key Duties And Responsibilities: Prepares, primes, sands, seals, patches and paints furniture, surfaces, buildings, and fixtures utilizing all types of painting materials. Tapes, flushes, repairs and applies texturing, acoustic layers on a variety of surfaces. Adjusts colors when necessary; utilizes enhanced finishing skills when appropriate. Operates, cleans and maintains all painting equipment, including brush, roll, sprayers and electrostatic sprayers, pumps, etc. Safely stores and labels all materials.
