About the Role The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in empowering leaders and employees across the organization. As a trusted strategic partner, this role supports multiple departments by providing guidance, tools, and insights that help teams operate at their highest potential. The HRBP will champion our values by equipping leaders with the frameworks, coaching, and support they need to make informed, people-first decisions. This role collaborates closely with leaders across multiple departments to drive meaningful impact throughout the employee lifecycle. What You’ll Do Serve as a trusted advisor and empower leaders through coaching, guidance, and decision-making support across performance management, organizational effectiveness, and team health. Partner with managers to build strong onboarding, development, and performance practices that enable employees to succeed from day one and throughout their careers. Support benefits administration, leave coordination, and employee inquiries while helping employees understand their options and make informed decisions confidently. Analyze metrics and trends to provide leaders with actionable insights, empowering them to proactively improve engagement, retention, and performance outcomes. Assist with developing and implementing HR programs – including recognition, engagement initiatives, policy updates, and organizational changes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and IT to support seamless employee experiences. Participate in assigned special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Need Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field – or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role. Strong knowledge of core HR functional areas, including performance management, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR processes. Experience working in a healthcare, SaaS/tech, or fast-growing startup environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Nice to Have Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP). Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations. Office Ally is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices in alignment with pay transparency laws. Compensation for this position may vary based on individual skills, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and other benefits. Actual compensation will be determined considering the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
