**Description**

The hotel has a full-time opening on our Bell Services team CDL a plus but not required. This position has flexible hours working with mainly PM shifts, 3pm-11pm, including weekends. As a Bell Person, you are responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service to our guests, driving guests to local venues, transferring and storing guest luggage, and responding to guest inquiries and requests. Hourly wages average between $15-$18/hr.

Main Duties:

* Assist with guest luggage - loading, unloading, and delivery in a timely fashion

* Drive guests to and from local venues

* Consistently offer friendly and professional service

* Provide directions and recommendations to guests

* Maintain a presence in the lobby; greet and welcome guests

* Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

* Good verbal communication skills

* Valid Driver's License and good driving record

* Exceptional customer service and organizational skills

Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. The Madison Concourse Hotel is a drug-free workplace.
