The University of Miami/UHealth Department of SCCC Finance Team has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Financial Analyst to work at the UHealth campus in Miami, Fl.**CORE JOB SUMMARY**The Financial Analyst compiles and analyzes financial information for the assigned division(s)/department(s) in an efficient and accurate manner. Moreover, the incumbent assists management in the decision-making process and strategic planning by presenting relevant financial reports in a clear, concise, and timely manner. Prepares and coordinates documentation of financial analysis projects such as budgets, forecasts, projections, expense performance, and presentations. *This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as necessary.***CORE QUALIFICATIONS****Education:** Bachelor’s degree in relevant field **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of relevant experience **Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:**Knowledge of generally accepted accounting procedures and principles.Knowledge of budget control methods, policies, and procedures. Ability to prepare financial and accounting records. Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data.Ability to compile, organize, interpret, and communicate accounting data and results concisely.
