What you’ll do:

As a Sr. Analyst, Clinical Systems (Case Mgmt Applications), you will provide provides technical support for Lifepoint's acute care Case Management systems including application interfaces, configuration, maintenance, and customer support. Responsible for moderate to complex system issue resolution. Through active collaboration with Health Support Center (HSC) and Lifepoint facility personnel, ensures clinical processes and workflows are
supported by the electronic case management solutions. 

Responsibilities:

·       Provide system expertise and assistance as needed to successfully implement and maintain Case Management system automation throughout the system life cycle.

·       Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in assigned solutions.

·       Provide customer support and ticket issue resolution for moderate to complex issues for supported systems following Lifepoint’s standardized workflow.

·       Assist with monitoring new system implementation and training to ensure adherence with enterprise-wide operational, regulatory, and clinical guidelines.

·       Lead system team for upgrades, implementations, and testing; provide technical support to Health Support Center (HSC) and Lifepoint facilities.

·       Work closely with third party vendors in accordance with organizational needs.

·       Provide input to department leadership on scope and feasibility of case management projects.

·       Engage with Health Support Center (HSC) and Lifepoint facilities for enhancement request identification, documentation, and prioritization.

·       Create project task list, project plans and documentation for assigned projects.

·       Develop customized reports and dashboards and distribute to leadership to support Lifepoint’s business objectives.

·       Support and maintain legacy applications across various platforms.

·       Support new user setup for 3rd party vendors and communicate applicable information.

·       Perform quality assurance (QA) testing for system application changes.

·       Regular and reliable attendance.

·       Perform other duties as assigned


What you’ll need:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or social work required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years healthcare IT experience or 5 years relevant clinical experience required
