Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Design, manufacture, and maintain progressive dies using your expertise in machining, tooling, CNC, and manual machining.
2. Operate and maintain Mills and Lathes to ensure the seamless production of high-quality products.
3. Collaborate with the production team to understand their needs and develop custom dies that meet those requirements.
4. Regularly inspect and test dies to ensure they are in optimal condition and meet the required standards.
5. Troubleshoot and repair dies as required to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
7. Continually update your knowledge and skills to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years experience as a tool maker, die maker, or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in machining, tooling, CNC, and manual machining.
3. Hands-on experience with Mills and Lathes.
4. Exceptional technical skills with a keen eye for precision.
5. Proven ability to design and manufacture progressive dies.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair dies.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
9. A continuous learner, eager to stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
