Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team with a $5000 bonus. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care and support individuals in regaining independence and improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients' physical and mental well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises for continued progress
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Skills:
- Experience in working with a diverse range of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and outpatient rehabilitation procedures
- Proficiency in providing patient care in various settings such as inpatient, outpatient, and critical care units
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques relevant to occupational therapy
- Ability to collaborate with speech therapists for comprehensive patient treatment
