Senior Business Analyst As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in bridging client needs and technical execution. Connect your passion with purpose, teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare's biggest challenges. Duties & Responsibilities Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements. Develop business specifications in collaboration with clients to shape technology-driven solutions. Analyze, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes that support strategic goals. Create conceptual data/process models and workflows aligned with project needs. Participate in or lead requirements gathering, system testing, and user acceptance activities while coordinating cross-functionally to streamline delivery Approve and validate test results to ensure alignment with business intent. Qualifications 6 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position Strong communication and presentation skillsable to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency with business process re-engineering. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft tools, SQL, or relational databases. Curiosity and initiative to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. 3+ in Medicaid/Medicare preferred What You Should Expect Fully remote work available across most U.S. locations Minimal travel (010%) depending on project requirements Video presence required during interviews and onboarding week
