* Administer basic breathing treatments;
* Remove casts, splints, sutures, and other external devices;
* Change simple dressing;
* Collect blood via capillary and venipuncture techniques;
* Collect lab specimens using appropriate collection equipment; label specimens appropriately for evaluation.
