Field - Plumbing Birmingham, Alabama Minimum Experience **Experienced** We are currently seeking an ethical, highly skilled, self-motivated, Plumbing Foreman with a strong desire to succeed in the Birmingham, and Huntsville, AL area. Must have strong mechanical knowledge in the commercial HVAC industry. The individual will direct onsite workers. Must have the ability to maintain safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities :

* Direct and manage the installation of plumbing systems

* Enforce all Hardy safety guidelines

* Lead and manage designated crew

* Knowledge and ability of tools of the trade

* Ability to read, understand, and apply blueprints

* Ability to lift 50lbs and work in tight spaces

* Effectively communicate with superintendents, project managers, and other necessary coworkers

* Ability to use IPAD and or IPhone

Qualifications :

* 3 years of foreman experience

* Must know all aspects of plumbing. Underground, overhead rough setting fixtures, gas piping, and other plumbing systems

* Equipment operation is a plus

* Blueprint, submittals, specs knowledge

* Travel is a must

* Be able to pass a drug screening

* Willing to work in the elements, hot and cold

* Strong leadership skills
