Requirements Information Systems (DOORS) Management Analyst Location: US-DC-Washington ID: 2025-3603 Category: Software & Systems Development Position Type: Full-Time Remote: Yes Clearance Required: Secret Overview AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training. Responsibilities Implements of enterprise requirements information systems (e.g IBM DOORs) usage across shipbuilding programs. Executes the implementation of advanced software features such as the Change Proposal System (CPS). Manages processes and works with stakeholders to ensure standardized data entry. Manages requirements database configuration user access, and data baselines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer, Ocean Engineering or related field Active Secret Clearance U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance Minimum of 6 years' experience administering and maintaining a requirements documentation related to a defense program with at least 3 years administering and maintaining requirements management information systems. IBM Rational Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements Systems (DOORS) advanced level training/certification. Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $91,600.00/Yr. - USD $153,000.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
