As a Retail Sales Leader, you will engage with retail partners and collaborate with our account teams to drive business growth by selling our delicious brands. This role involves working onsite in local and national grocery stores in your territory from Monday to Friday. In a warehouse delivery model, your goal will be to become the go-to partner for our retail collaborations, helping families enjoy the best snacking brands while enhancing your expertise and network. Retail Role Details: The ideal candidate should reside within 45 miles of the center of this territory. This is a salaried position with opportunities for quarterly bonuses. You will have a choice between various Fleet Program options: Company Car including insurance and a gas card. Auto Vehicle Reimbursement: choose what vehicle you drive and receive reimbursement for business purposes. Monthly stipend available for cell phone usage. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing: Selling, Negotiating, and Executing Business Plans: Craft compelling stories to promote business growth by leveraging key stakeholders and business intelligence tools, ensuring strategic execution and successful negotiations. Drive Results: Achieve crucial metrics such as point of sale budgets, call coverage, and maintaining a perfect shelf strategy. Building Relationships: Introduce innovative strategies to navigate challenges and enhance sales within the grocery sector. We're Looking for Someone With: High school diploma or equivalent, proficient with Microsoft Office applications. A strong sense of independence and self-motivation, delivering results by effectively managing a business portfolio focused on growth and operational excellence. Collaboration skills to build robust in-store relationships through consistent field presence, working in grocery locations five days a week and executing strategies to drive business outcomes. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and excellent communication skills. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clear record over the last 36 months, as this role involves regular driving. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as walking, standing, and lifting moderate weights (20-25 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $58,000 - $63,000, influenced by location, experience, and skill level.
