Our team develops evaluation and annotation frameworks, aligning AI innovation with Bloomberg’s strategic objectives to optimize data workflows and improve data quality, intelligence, and usability. Our work enhances Bloomberg’s offerings by delivering intelligent data solutions and domain-informed systems that increase competitiveness.The Role:As a Data Product Owner, you will provide subject matter expertise in fixed income data and annotation program management, contributing to the development of Bloomberg Assistant. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop strategies for gathering and scaling evaluations and annotations, driving continuous improvements for ASKB. You will be responsible for the overall value delivery of fixed income annotated datasets, ensuring they meet client needs, align with product goals, and adhere to high standards of quality, transparency, and usability.Responsibilities:Define evaluation strategies for Bloomberg Assistant focusing on fixed income, ensuring alignment with market nuances and user expectations.Own the vision and roadmap for collecting evaluation datasets suitable for credit analyst workflows.Drive discovery and prioritization efforts to enhance data robustness, annotation accuracy, and overall quality.Use data analytics to identify trends, gaps, and improve annotation methodologies, enhancing model performance and trust.Address complex annotation challenges with thoughtful solutions, maintaining data governance and integrity standards.Stay updated on industry trends in generative AI, evaluation, data annotation, and fixed income data management.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and other experts to develop scalable evaluation data strategies.Requirements:4+ years of recent experience in the financial services industry, focusing on Fixed Income.Strong understanding of credit analyst workflows and data needs.Experience in data management concepts, such as improving data accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Comfort discussing technical concepts and evaluating design trade-offs with Engineering and Product teams.Customer-focused approach and ability to interact with diverse clients.Logical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of Python and SQL.DAMA CDMP or DCAM certifications.Interest and familiarity with generative AI frameworks.Experience with semantic structures or data modeling.Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, QlikSense, or Splunk.Salary Range: $110,000 - $170,000 USD annually plus benefits and bonus. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, market conditions, education, and skills.Benefits include comprehensive health plans, paid time off, 401(k) with match, wellness programs, and more.
