Senior Software Engineer Base pay range: $150,000 – $200,000 per year About NeonNeon is a global payments and e‑commerce platform that helps game publishers earn more and maintain independence from app stores. Neon focuses on open, transparent commerce and developer‑centric infrastructure. About the RoleAs a Senior Software Engineer you’ll lead, design and build key products and core systems for game creators, working closely with product leaders, designers and other engineers across the full stack. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain both front‑end and back‑end components of the product. Collaborate closely with product leaders, designers, and fellow engineers to define, design and ship new features. Ensure features are scalable, performant, secure and user‑friendly. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, participate in code reviews and maintain documentation. What We Look For 5+ years of software engineering experience. Full‑stack background with strong focus on React and TypeScript. Excited about learning new things and flexing across the stack. Highly productive, able to take ownership of key initiatives and deliver results. Experience leading teams or projects and helping others level up their skills. Ability to work from Neon’s offices in San Francisco or New York City.
