Job Summary

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness seeking a Seasonal Operations Specialist to support our Fall Harvest operations in Warren, MN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor duties with a focus on grain handling and storage.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled at the location and comply with company policies and government regulations.
  • Work with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks using heavy or light-duty machinery.
  • Monitor and maintain quality of inventory, including blended, bulk, or packaged products.
  • Deliver products to customer sites and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform grounds maintenance, including snow removal, and warehouse work, including forklift operation.
  • Identify and report any customer complaints, repair or maintenance needs, or safety concerns to supervisor.
Requirements
  • Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Agriculture experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds.
  • Ability to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs, and bins.
  • Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
