Senior Solutions Architect – Federal Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data at scale. The Elastic Search AI Platform powers mission‑critical systems for customers worldwide. Overview As a Federal Civilian Solutions Architect at Elastic you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners and community. Responsibilities Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in your assigned territory. Build a comprehensive understanding of customers’ goals and objectives and articulate how our offerings address their needs. Create and own value‑based relationships at all levels in customer organizations. Actively participate in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from initial discovery to technical win. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate value in sales meetings and events. Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions and services. Onboard, educate and enable our partners and support them in sales cycles. Craft collateral, contribute to programs and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet client needs. Be the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs, gaps and improvements to engineering and leadership teams. Deepen sales and technical skills through ongoing education and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Track record of success in a technical presales role – enough experience selling and implementing technology to earn customer trust. Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software and technologies. Passion for continuous learning and curiosity. History of successful customer relations and architectural solutions that meet business goals. Influence and inspire groups, both large and small. Willingness to travel 40 % within region and occasionally internationally. Compensation Base salary plus variable component to comprise On‑Target Earnings (OTE). Typical starting OTE range: $153,500 – $242,900 USD. Typical starting salary range: $107,500 – $170,100 USD. Variable range: $46,000 – $72,800 USD. Benefits Competitive pay based on performance.
