If you are looking to take your career to the next level, you have the desire to learn a system that helps you become the best in the industry, and you have the grit and persistence to make things happen, we want youSpecific Responsibilities:Install and repair plumbing products such as water heaters, toilets, faucets, and other productsDiagnose the condition of plumbing systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, determine needed repairs, and execute repairsIdentify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projectsEvaluate customer requests, provide estimates, and price projectsFollow established service system processes and procedures, including accurately entering customer data and notes into iPad after each customer visitOperate with safety as a primary concern for self and customerJob Requirements: You will be asked to perform plumbing service, repair, installation, and maintenance services for residential, small business, and commercial customers.A minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 5 years of plumbing work experience and/or training requiredPlumbing License in Chicago (preferably with Master License)Must have great communication skills and enjoy providing high-quality customer service to homeownersMust be able to operate company van (clean and valid driver's license is required)Positive attitude and team playerAble to pass a drug test and background checkThere's a reason Mr. Rooter® Plumbing has been around since 1968 - we're the best of the best.
